Trusted Plumber in Edinburgh — Price Agreed Before We Start, 24/7 Emergency Cover

"I'm a landlord with several properties and have been using Kevin from Dunedin Plumbing for a couple of years now. He's an exceptionally good plumber — reliable, turns up on time, doesn't overcharge, and always leaves the property clean and tidy. It's nice having someone you can trust to get the job done properly."

"We had a sudden burst pipe late at night and called Dunedin Plumbing and Heating. They responded incredibly fast — Kevin was at our door within the hour. He identified the issue right away, explained the fix clearly, and had everything sorted in no time. The pricing was completely fair with no hidden fees."

"My downstairs neighbour complained that water was coming through their bedroom ceiling at 6pm. Kevin attended within 2 hours, investigated, and traced the leak back to my neighbour's own water tank — isolating the issue so they had time to contact their landlord. A great, reliable plumber, even if his jokes are mince."

"Kevin and his team came and did a full bathroom refit. Very professional job — Kevin was friendly and tidy throughout. Highly delighted with the finished result."

"I had a non-urgent issue with a jammed sink plug and logged the details on the website one evening. Kevin responded within the hour and arranged a visit the next day to suit my schedule, updated me before arriving, and got everything sorted quickly. Fast, polite, very professional."

"I've used Dunedin Plumbing many times over the years, often in emergency situations. Kevin always responds immediately and provides a first-class service — and he's very reasonably priced. Definitely five stars."
