Edinburgh, the Lothians & Fife
Not every job fits a neat category. Low water pressure, noisy pipes, a shower that's never quite worked, a toilet that won't stop running — if it's plumbing or heating pipework, it's the kind of job we do every week.
What's included
Small plumbing jobs are often the ones other trades don’t want. We’re happy to take them on, do them properly, and price them fairly — and if we spot something bigger on the way, we’ll tell you rather than quietly add it to the bill.
We also look after rental properties for landlords and residential and commercial plumbing on refurbishments, from first-fix pipework to the final connections.

How it works
Tell us what’s happening. Most jobs get a straight answer and a fair price on the first call.
On time, shoe covers on, problem found and explained in plain English — with the price agreed before work starts.
The job finished right, mess cleared away, and the same plumber reachable long after.
Reviews
“I'm a landlord with several properties and have been using Kevin from Dunedin Plumbing for a couple of years now. He's an exceptionally good plumber — reliable, turns up on time, doesn't overcharge, and always leaves the property clean and tidy. It's nice having someone you can trust to get the job done properly.”
“Top notch — always available at short notice, with great communication from Kevin. Highly recommended.”
“Kevin is an all-round stand-up guy, great at his job and great company too. Our shower broke and within the next day he was round and had it fixed up perfectly. Highly recommend.”
