Need a reliable plumber in Colinton for the everyday jobs — showers, toilets, pressure, pipework? That's us.
General Plumbing & Heating in Colinton
From Colinton village and Colinton Dell on the Water of Leith to Bonaly and Oxgangs, homes range from 19th-century stone houses to post-war and newer family homes.
Bigger period houses come with bigger systems — several bathrooms, long pipe runs and the odd mystery valve. We’re happy to make sense of it for you.
Newer homes still need a good plumber — for showers, pressure problems, toilets and alterations when you change a room around.

He's an exceptionally good plumber — reliable, turns up on time, doesn't overcharge, and always leaves the property clean and tidy. It's nice having someone you can trust to get the job done properly.”
