Low pressure, a leaking supply pipe or a failed mains pipe in Colinton? We sort it fast and keep everyone informed.
Water Line Repair in Colinton
From Colinton village and Colinton Dell on the Water of Leith to Bonaly and Oxgangs, homes range from 19th-century stone houses to post-war and newer family homes.
Larger houses often have long supply runs from the street. We locate the problem section rather than replacing more than you need.
Supply problems in newer homes are often a failed joint or valve rather than the pipe itself — usually a quicker, cheaper fix than people expect.
Reviews
“My downstairs neighbour complained that water was coming through their bedroom ceiling at 6pm. Kevin attended within 2 hours, investigated, and traced the leak back to my neighbour's own water tank — isolating the issue so they had time to contact their landlord. A great, reliable plumber, even if his jokes are mince.”
“We had a sudden burst pipe late at night and called Dunedin Plumbing and Heating. They responded incredibly fast — Kevin was at our door within the hour. He was polite, highly professional, and put on shoe covers before even coming in. He identified the issue right away, explained the fix clearly, and had everything sorted in no time. The pricing was completely fair with no hidden fees.”
