Fitting a new kitchen or sink in Bruntsfield? We handle the plumbing so it works properly from day one.
Kitchen Fitting in Bruntsfield
Bruntsfield Place, Whitehouse Loan and the streets around Bruntsfield Links are lined with Victorian tenement flats with shared common stairs — some still with original lead supply pipes.
Tenement kitchens are often compact, with the sink under the window and waste pipes heading to an old shared stack. We work out the best waste route and keep pipework tidy in a tight space.
Larger period homes often get kitchen extensions or knock-throughs. We re-route supplies and wastes so the new layout works, not just the old one in a new position.
Reviews
“I had a non-urgent issue with a jammed sink plug and logged the details on the website one evening. Kevin responded within the hour and arranged a visit the next day to suit my schedule, updated me before arriving, and got everything sorted quickly. Fast, polite, very professional.”
“Friendly and quick service — Kevin came round to assess our dishwasher draining issue the same evening. Really valuable advice, very fair and reliable. Highly recommend.”
