Bathroom Renovations in Bruntsfield

Bathroom Renovations for Bruntsfield’s tenement flats

Bruntsfield Place, Whitehouse Loan and the streets around Bruntsfield Links are lined with Victorian tenement flats with shared common stairs — some still with original lead supply pipes.

Tenement bathrooms are often small, with awkward soil stacks and old floors. We plan the layout around what the building allows, so the finished room works with the space instead of fighting it.

Bigger period homes give you room for a freestanding bath, a separate shower or an extra WC. We’ll help work out what fits and plumb it properly.
