Bathroom Renovations in Morningside

Bathroom Renovations for Morningside’s period villas and larger homes

Around Morningside Road, Church Hill and the Braid Hills, the housing is mostly substantial Victorian villas and handsome tenement flats, much of it with original pipework hidden under a century of alterations.

Bigger period homes give you room for a freestanding bath, a separate shower or an extra WC. We’ll help work out what fits and plumb it properly.

Tenement bathrooms are often small, with awkward soil stacks and old floors. We plan the layout around what the building allows, so the finished room works with the space instead of fighting it.
