Burst pipe, leak through the ceiling or no water in Leith? Call 07400 847374 — we answer 24 hours a day.
Emergency Plumbing in Leith
From the Shore and Constitution Street to the newer flats around Western Harbour, Leith mixes 19th-century tenements and converted bonded warehouses with modern waterfront developments.
In a tenement, a leak rarely stays in one flat — it's through the ceiling below within the hour. We'll help you find the stopcock (often not where you'd expect in older flats), stop the water and keep your downstairs neighbour in the loop.
In newer homes, plastic push-fit pipework and compact cupboards mean leaks can hide inside walls. We find the source quickly and fix it without unnecessary damage.
Reviews
“I've used Dunedin Plumbing many times over the years, often in emergency situations. Kevin always responds immediately and provides a first-class service — and he's very reasonably priced. Definitely five stars.”
“We had a sudden burst pipe late at night and called Dunedin Plumbing and Heating. They responded incredibly fast — Kevin was at our door within the hour. He was polite, highly professional, and put on shoe covers before even coming in. He identified the issue right away, explained the fix clearly, and had everything sorted in no time. The pricing was completely fair with no hidden fees.”
