Emergency Plumbing in Portobello
Portobello's promenade terraces, Victorian villas and stone tenements run from the beach back to the High Street, with Joppa at the eastern end.
Exposed outside taps and pipework near the coast take more of a beating in winter, and burst pipes after a hard freeze are a common call. We get the water off, repair it, and lag what needs lagging so it doesn’t happen again.
Larger period homes often have long pipe runs, old cold-water tanks in the loft and more than one place a leak can start. We trace it to the source instead of mopping up the symptom.
Reviews
“I've used Dunedin Plumbing many times over the years, often in emergency situations. Kevin always responds immediately and provides a first-class service — and he's very reasonably priced. Definitely five stars.”
“We had a sudden burst pipe late at night and called Dunedin Plumbing and Heating. They responded incredibly fast — Kevin was at our door within the hour. He was polite, highly professional, and put on shoe covers before even coming in. He identified the issue right away, explained the fix clearly, and had everything sorted in no time. The pricing was completely fair with no hidden fees.”
